Hit 100k in monthly sales 8 months in and it caught me off guard

Started my Shopify store selling phone grips back in February and hit $100k in revenue last month. I was honestly just hoping to cover my rent when I launched. Has anyone else crossed a milestone way faster than you expected and had to scramble to handle the volume?

Hitting that milestone that fast is a wild ride. Definitely been there with my own store. You need to automate your fulfillment process ASAP. Look into a service like ShipStation to batch print labels and keep orders moving. Also, bump up your inventory buffer by 20-30% to stop running out of stock during a sudden push. Customer service will get messy too, so set up a simple FAQ page and disable live chat if you're drowning in messages. It's okay to grow a little slower on purpose until you find your footing.

My friend Jen hit $50k in her first month with candle warmers and COMPLETELY panicked.
