Pushing new hires to learn alone in the foundry feels unsafe to me

I mean, most guys at my shop say letting rookies figure things out on their own builds skill. But idk, maybe it's just me, but I watched a new kid almost tip over a full crucible last Tuesday because no one taught him how to balance it. That could've caused a serious burn or a big mess. I really think we need to stick with them and show them the ropes first.

Last Tuesday's crucible tip was a real masterclass.

Honestly, I used to think those tips were kinda basic. But last week's breakdown on managing the ammo crates completely flipped my view. The way they showed when to grab them versus when to leave them for later was a total game changer.

Those crate tips are spot on. Map awareness decides when to grab them. Never take one if hostiles are near. Lets you control the fight. I wasted so many crates early on. Now I stockpile for boss rooms.
