Just saw three projects fail due to a local supplier's sealer.

Check your sealer batch before starting any big job.

Ugh, that brings back bad memories. We sealed a client's driveway with a batch that looked fine going on, but it basically turned to dust within a month. Had to eat the cost of the whole re-do, plus the labor. Total nightmare... you just can't trust some of these local batches without checking the codes first.

Yeah, the "big job" part really hits home. We had a basement flood years ago because the waterproofing sealer from a local place just peeled right off the walls. Turns out the whole batch had been stored outside in freezing temps before we bought it. Nothing like moving all your stuff twice.

Man, that's brutal. Having to move everything out twice because of a bad sealer sounds like a special kind of hell. It's crazy how one messed up batch can cause so much damage. Really makes you double check where your materials come from.
