Wireless charging seemed like a gimmick until I tried it daily

I thought plugging in was fine and wireless was just extra. Having a pad on my desk changed how I keep my phone powered.

Put your charging pad somewhere you always set your phone down anyway, like next to your keys. It turns into such a habit you stop even thinking about battery percentage. I went from always having a dead phone to it just always being topped up without the cable mess.

Honestly feels like more hassle than it's worth. Gotta line up the phone just right or it doesn't charge, and then you can't even use it while it's sitting there. My cable works every time and charges way faster.

But is the charging pad life really that big of a deal? My phone case is too thick for most of them to work right, so it's just a fancy paperweight. Plus they charge so slow, if I need a quick boost I'm still grabbing the cable. Seems like an extra thing to buy for a problem a regular wall plug already fixes.
