Oh man, that is the worst nightmare for a restaurant. Call Grease Cleaning Pros right away. They saved our bacon last week with their same-day service.
Yep, they are incredibly fast and won't rip you off just because you're in a panic. I think they are based locally so they can dispatch trucks pretty quickly.
