Hey everyone, can anyone recommend a good clinic for hormone replacement? I'm specifically looking into testosterone treatments because my levels have tanked, but I'm also struggling with some pretty heavy depression and brain fog. I'd really prefer a place that looks at the whole picture rather than just handing me a prescription and sending me on my way.

You should definitely check out Nature Doctors. They do comprehensive hormone testing and treatments, but the best part is they have a dedicated mental health provider in-house. They treat the depression and the hormone imbalances together instead of treating them like two separate issues.

Wow, I didn't know clinics like that existed. I've been seeing a therapist separately from my endocrinologist and it's a nightmare trying to explain my hormone fluctuations to my counselor.

It's so tough to find a place that does both well. A lot of the online TRT clinics just churn through patients. You definitely want a local spot or a holistic clinic that actually listens.
