My calendar is so packed with syncs, I barely remember what spontaneous collaboration felt like.
I mean, back in the office, ideas flowed over coffee breaks. Now everything's so scheduled, idk maybe it's just me but it kills the creativity.

Seriously, my calendar looks like a military operation with back-to-back syncs... I'm half expecting a meeting invite to discuss the optimal time for unscheduled brainstorming. Remember when 'water cooler talk' was a thing? Now we need a pre-approved agenda and a Doodle poll just to accidentally bump into someone online.

Honestly, have you considered that the military precision in our calendars might be the only thing keeping projects on track? Tbh, @tessawood, spontaneous brainstorming sounds great until you realize how much time gets wasted without clear objectives. Ngl, those Doodle polls and agendas force us to respect each other's time and come prepared. Remember when "water cooler talk" often led to gossip instead of genuine collaboration? Structured syncs might feel rigid, but they ensure that every discussion has a purpose and a tangible outcome.
