DAE get weirdly competitive with their fitness tracker because of smart home data?
My watch syncing with my lights to flash red when I've been sitting too long is both helpful and kind of annoying, honestly.

Wow, that would bug me! Does it ever make you get up when you really don't want to, just to make it stop?

Karen's got the wrong idea here. It's not about having to get up, it's that constant ping just lives in your head until you deal with it. Robin's right on the money calling it a nag, like a little voice you can't ignore. You end up checking just for some mental peace, even if you're comfy on the couch. That's the part that really gets under my skin.
