Just realized strategic window placement can transform sleep in a tiny house
Learning about circadian rhythms led me to adjust my bedroom layout. Now, waking up with the sunrise has eliminated my need for an alarm clock, and I feel more energetic throughout the day.

Aligning sleep with natural light worked for me with adjustable blinds.

Totally makes sense. Aligning your sleep with natural light is crucial for circadian health, and in a tiny house, every design choice has amplified effects. I've seen too many people ignore window placement and then struggle with artificial lighting to compensate. Waking up with the sun just sets a better rhythm for the entire day, no question. It's one of those simple changes that pays off massively in how you feel. More people should consider this, especially in compact living situations.

Disagree about the sunrise thing being universally ideal. I lived in a tiny house with east-facing windows and found myself waking at 4:45 am in summer, completely wrecked. The lack of control over light exposure in a small space can backfire, and blackout solutions often make the place feel like a cave. It's a nice idea in theory, but the reality is messier with seasons and geography.
