Question about stacking old film shots of the Pleiades from 1998

I was going through my dad's old shoebox of slides and found a dozen exposures of M45 from his Pentax, so I scanned them at 2400 dpi and used modern stacking software, which actually pulled out faint nebulosity we never saw in his darkroom prints.

Just read that contactless payments jumped 40% in my city since 2022

I was looking at a report from our local business association about spending habits. It said tap-to-pay transactions in Portland went from about 3 million a month to over 4.2 million in just two years. I knew it was popular, but that's a huge jump. I guess I'm part of that stat because I almost never use my physical card anymore. It makes me wonder if banks are pushing this tech harder than I realized. Has your bank been promoting contactless payments a lot lately?
