My mom's new AI grocery list taught us more than saving money
We started using an AI app to organize our family shopping, and it was a game changer. I realized it's not JUST about efficiency but about reducing arguments over who forgot what, which is HUGE for our dynamic. Do you think AI tools are making family life smoother or just adding more tech to manage?

Wow, an AI that stops family fights. My parents just need one for everything else now.

The HarmonyBot 3000 my cousin got last Christmas only lasted a week before it suggested divorce during an argument about laundry. @adamellis, if your parents get one for everything else, make sure it has better conflict resolution skills. Mine kept telling my mom to 'practice mindfulness' while she was yelling about the dishes. These things are barely more helpful than a poorly timed joke. I guess an AI that stops fights is cool, but wait until it starts giving bad advice on money talks. At least it's not as bad as my uncle's mediation attempts.

Honestly, just unplug the thing the second any real tension starts. Those generic mindfulness lines only make people angrier. Better to have a quiet house than a robot suggesting divorce over socks.
