Man, this is like how everyone freaked out about smartwatches replacing phones and meanwhile the actual change was just people texting on watches at the bus stop. Same thing with AI, the big flashy stuff gets all the talk but the slow boring stuff is what actually sticks. Boring wins every time and nobody wants to admit it.
