Realized last Tuesday that feeding my notes to an AI summarizer made them useless
I pasted 6 months of meeting notes into one of those free AI summary tools and got back a page of stuff I already knew. The problem was I never told it what I was looking for, so it just averaged everything out. Started giving it a single question first, like "what did we promise the client about the deadline," and suddenly it pulled the exact line from an April 12 note.
