Ask for a full thyroid panel because mine was sluggish and skewed my results. Adding more olive oil and beans to my meals helped balance my cholesterol better than any single food change. My next blood draw showed real progress, so don't lose hope.

My friend Sarah had something like that happen last year, her numbers were all over the place until her doctor finally checked the full thyroid thing. She started putting avocado in her lunch salad and switched to black beans in her tacos, just small stuff. I mean, idk if it was the beans or the thyroid meds, but her next checkup was way better. It's wild how one little gland can throw everything off.

Totally agree about checking thyroid levels! Adding more beans helped my cholesterol way more than just cutting out eggs did.
