Got called out for a 'break-in' that was just a very determined squirrel

Three years ago in Portland, a homeowner's glass break sensor kept tripping. I spent an hour checking every window before we saw a fat squirrel on the sill, hurling itself at the glass trying to get to a houseplant. The client just said, 'Well, he IS breaking in, technically.' Anyone else had an animal set off a sensor in a ridiculous way?

Yeah calling it a waste of time is how you end up with a bigger problem. I mean, just report it and let them decide if it's worth looking into.
