Wireless sensor batteries dying in pairs taught me a 15-minute trick
On a 23-sensor house in Phoenix, two motion detectors dropped at the exact same time, and I finally figured out to test the spare batteries with a cheap multimeter before swapping them out, saving a return trip, has anyone else had their replacements be DOA straight from the pack?

Wait so were these spares sitting in the same pack for months before you tested them, or did you grab them fresh the same day? Cause I've had brand new batteries read fine on the meter and still die weirdly fast, makes me wonder if the meter test is even worth it.
