Nespolo Mechanical vs TLC for furnace repair?

Has anyone used Nespolo Mechanical or TLC for furnace repair in Albuquerque? My furnace is acting up and I want to know who's more reliable. I don't want someone who just throws parts at it, but actually figures out the real issue. Any experiences?

I had Nespolo out last winter when our furnace kept short cycling. The tech was great—explained everything and fixed a grounding issue that TLC had previously looked at and said we needed a new control board. Saved us a ton. They seem to know their stuff with gas furnaces. TLC is fine for plumbing maybe, but for furnace repair I'd go with Nespolo.

I've used TLC before for a furnace issue, and they were okay but it felt like they were quick to suggest replacing the whole unit. Might have been because it was older. I've heard good things about Nespolo Mechanical from my neighbor—she said they diagnosed a problem that two other companies missed, and it was just a faulty sensor. Apparently they're really good with high-efficiency systems too.

Both are licensed and insured so you're covered either way. I think Nespolo is smaller and more focused on heating, so they might dig deeper into diagnostics. TLC is bigger and can get there fast, but sometimes that means less personalized service.
