The comment about my filler episodes finally made me cut them
Someone pointed out that my 3 episode recap arc was just me rehashing the same talking points from the last 5 weeks. I trimmed it down to one recap and now the actual discussion threads get way more replies. Has anyone else had to kill their own recap habit?

Honestly, good for you for actually listening to that feedback. I had the same problem with my weekly wrap-ups, kept rehashing the same three points every single time and wondering why engagement was flat. It felt like I was just filling space instead of saying anything new. Once I cut it down to a quick bullet list and put the real effort into the actual discussion, people started replying again. Ngl, it stung at first but it was the right call. Feels way better to have real back and forth than just posting into the void.
