I finally tried a pole pruner with a bypass blade and I get the hype now

Ngl, I've been using a saw blade attachment on my pole for like 5 years. Thought the bypass blades were just for tiny twigs. Last week I had to clean up a big maple in Billings after a storm, and my neighbor let me borrow his bypass pole pruner. Cut through 3 inch branches way cleaner, no tearing. I still think saws have their place for bigger stuff, but for quick cleanup I'm sold. Has anyone else switched and noticed a big difference in cut quality?

Saw that exact same thing when my buddy trimmed his cottonwoods, night and day difference on the cuts.
