I used to figure context was king but this totally changed my mind.

Yeah I gotta push back a little here @the_beth. Context is still king for me even with weird finds like that. A misidentified sherd doesn't mean the whole idea of context is broken. It just means the person made a bad call on the type or the site. We've all been there. That mistake doesn't change the fact that where something was found tells you way more than the object sitting alone in a drawer. Context is the whole story, even when the story turns out to be wrong.
