Last Tuesday went from smooth sailing to absolute chaos in 20 minutes

I was running three errands in Portland, all green lights and easy parking, then a guy in a Prius cut me off on Division and my whole afternoon spiraled into a lost debit card, a flat tire, and a 45 minute wait at the DMV, has anyone else had a day flip that fast?
