Took me six weeks to fix a typo in my own lease amendment

Back in March I signed a lease renewal for my office in Columbus and noticed the rent amount was off by $150 a month. I emailed the property manager, they said they'd fix it, and I assumed it was done. Six weeks later I got a bill for the wrong amount, so I dug out the old amendment and saw the typo was still there. The manager kept saying 'we'll get to it' but nobody did until I threatened to withhold rent. Has anyone else had to chase a simple document correction for over a month? What finally worked for you?

Ugh, that is so frustrating! I had the same thing happen with my apartment lease a couple years back, they had my parking spot number wrong and it took like two months and three emails just to get a new page sent over. Honestly, the only thing that worked was showing up to the office in person with a printed copy in my hand.
