Update: tried spraying clear over a 3 day old base coat and the fish eyes showed up in 4 spots
Painted a fender last Tuesday in my garage at 62 degrees and waited 72 hours before clear, thinking the extra flash time would help, but the panel came out with 4 fish eyes right along the wheel arch so now I'm wondering if it was the compressor oil or just too long of a window, anyone run into this with slow cure temps?

Sprayed clear after 4 days in my cold shop and got the same oil spots everywhere.
