Hit 100 paying customers last week and the number that actually surprised me was 4
Four of them came from a single cold email I almost didn't send back in January, which made me realize I'd been obsessing over scaling channels when I should've just been writing more emails, so now I'm curious what tiny tactic ended up driving way more of your revenue than it had any right to?
The part about obsessing over scaling channels when you should've just been writing more emails hits hard. I used to be all in on funnels and paid ads and thought one on one outreach was too slow to matter. Then I tracked where my first 30 clients actually came from and half of them traced back to a dumb little follow up text I sent two days after someone downloaded a free thing. Now I spend way more time on that than on anything else.
