Just hit 50 recurring customers and I honestly didn't see it coming for another year
Hired a part-time VA last month just to handle onboarding emails and follow-ups, and somehow that freed up enough time to actually close the deals that were sitting in my pipeline, has anyone else seen a jump in numbers after making one small hire?

Oh man, that's wild! It's crazy how one small hire can clear the bottleneck you didn't even know you had.
