Hot take: reading a banned article through a mirror site beat every VPN I tried
I kept hitting paywalls and blocks on a story out of Turkey, and my usual free VPN got me nowhere for 3 weeks straight. Then a buddy in Toronto sent me a mirror link hosted in Iceland, and the whole thing loaded in 4 seconds with zero signup. Same article, same words, just parked on a server nobody bothered to block. Anyone else found mirror sites hold up longer than paid tunnels, or am I just getting lucky with this one?
