My local library pulled a Holocaust memoir, and I actually support it

Last month our branch in Fresno yanked a memoir published in 2019 after three families complained about graphic descriptions. I read it three years ago and honestly, the raw details on page 112 could be genuinely retraumatizing for survivors' families. Am I wrong for thinking context and age limits matter more than an outright ban?
