After I questioned fast fashion on a shopping site, they banned my account.
I left a comment on a popular shopping app about how their new clothing line hurts the planet. Next thing I know, my account was gone, and I realized they don't want any pushback on their business. What do you do when companies silence you for caring about the earth?

File a complaint with consumer protection agencies; they hate paper trails. Your ban might actually expose their fear of real accountability.

Nah, filing with agencies rarely spooks big companies. They get tons of complaints and just send a template reply. Your ban is more likely about their own messed up automation or a mod on a power trip, not some grand fear. Seen it happen a lot where people get booted for silly reasons and the company just hides behind their terms of service.

Henry's right about the power trip thing. Companies just set up bots to auto delete anything negative and call it a day. It's lazy and shows they don't actually care about feedback.
