My 'press the like button' meme got flagged for manipulation, so I stopped asking
Last month I posted a meme about a guy trying to sell a toaster on Craigslist and every reply was 'press F to pay respects'. The mods on the meme sub I use said it was 'engagement bait' and took it down. They sent me a message saying I needed to stop putting 'like if you agree' captions on things. So I did, I just let the image speak for itself now. I tracked my posts for 2 weeks after that, and my shares actually went up by about 30 percent. Weird how the platform punishes the thing that used to be standard. Has anyone else gotten a ban or a removal notice like that and then just switched up their whole format?
