The clipper died mid fade on a Saturday, and the guy in my chair had a wedding at 4
Saturday afternoon, 2:15, walk-in sits down and tells me he's got a wedding at 4 and needs a fresh fade. Halfway up the side, my clipper just quits. No warning, no dying whine, dead. I stood there looking at this dude with a landing strip shaved up one side of his head. Told him straight up what happened, and he goes "well, finish it with scissors then." So I did. Took me 40 minutes instead of 15 and it actually came out cleaner than my usual work. Any of you keep a backup clipper within arm's reach, or do you just pray and hope like I did?
