The way some guys hold their clippers is just wrong

I see barbers in my shop gripping the clipper like a hammer, all tight in the fist. That's how you get shaky lines and a sore wrist by 3pm. I learned the pencil grip from a barber in Chicago 5 years ago, and my fades got way smoother. Anyone else had to unlearn a bad grip habit?
