The bike co-op in Portland has some serious tool organization issues

I stopped by the Community Cycling Center over on Alberta last Saturday to help out and I couldn't believe how their wrenches were just tossed in a bucket. No pegboard, no shadow boards, nothing to tell you where a 5mm hex key even goes after you grab it. Took me 20 minutes just to find a chain whip because it was buried under a pile of tire levers. Has anyone else dealt with a shop or co-op that just refuses to keep tools sorted right?

Yeah man, the bucket system is a nightmare. I feel your pain.

Is it just me or does the whole system feel designed by someone who never actually had to use it?
