Serious question, has anyone else gotten stuck trying to watch a show in the right order?
I decided to watch a certain sci-fi show that has a bunch of spin-offs and prequels. I wanted to do it in story order, not release order, so I looked up a viewing guide online. The guide said it would take about 15 minutes to map out. It took me over two hours. I was on my laptop, phone, and tablet all at once, checking different fan sites because the episode lists didn't match. One site had a special movie listed, another skipped it. I even found a forum post from 2019 with a different order that people swore by. I finally just gave up and started with the main series. Has anyone else hit a wall like this trying to plan a binge? What show was it and how did you finally decide what to watch?

It's just a TV show, not a space mission. You can always just watch it.

People are acting like missing a show airing is some kind of life or death situation lol. It's just tv, you can catch it later or just read a recap. The whole planning thing is a choice, not a requirement. If you're stressed about it, that's on you. Maybe step back and think why it matters so much. It's not like you're getting paid to watch it.
