Hit 500 horseshoes forged in one afternoon and still can't feel my right arm

I was just trying to beat my personal record of 450 and somehow nailed 500 before dinner, but now my shoulder is screaming at me every time I lift the hammer. Has anyone else accidentally crushed a milestone and regretted it the next morning?

Whoa hold up, 500 horseshoes in one afternoon? That's insane. I can barely do 200 without my whole back locking up and needing to lay on the floor for an hour. The next morning is gonna be brutal, like trying to lift your coffee cup with a wet noodle for an arm. I tweaked my shoulder last month hitting my old record of 350 and couldn't swing a hammer for like a week, had to just stare at the forge all sad. You're probably gonna be icing that thing for days, but hey, at least you beat your record right?
