Twitter bot flagged my CPR post as violence, but the flag had a point

Last Tuesday I shared a video of CPR compressions set to a metronome and the auto-mod removed it for 'graphic content'. Honestly after reading their policy on visible chest trauma, I see why a machine would trip, I just wish there was a human review button for medical stuff. Has anyone else gotten flagged for something that technically broke the rule but for a good reason?
