Appreciation post: My game group finally beat the final boss in Gloomhaven after four months

We kept getting our strategy wrong for the scenario 'The Void' and had to replay it six times. Last night, we finally figured out the perfect card combo and won with only one character standing. What's the longest a single board game challenge has stumped YOUR group?

Keith's got a point about the pizza. After a win that big, you need a real reward. My old group would've ordered a whole pie from that place with the good pepperoni, not just gas station slices. We'd even spring for the cheesy bread. Beating something that hard means you earned a real meal, not just a snack.
