I learned to shuffle in a Wendy's parking lot before a regional qualifier.

Wait, isn't a "regional qualifier" technically a Mis-Tree rule set from the early 2000s? Those usually had a 40-card minimum and no side deck at local levels. I thought parking lot shuffles were more common for the 2004-2006 era when they actually mattered for dealer tables.
