Shoutout to the $400 pipe threader I almost didn't buy
I was working on a big steam line replacement and kept borrowing one from the shop, which cost me hours each week. Finally dropped the cash on my own Rigid 535, and it paid for itself in two jobs just from the time saved. Anyone have a trick for keeping the cutting oil from getting everywhere?

Keeping that cutting oil contained is the real trick, right?

Oh man, @perry.nancy, I used to think it was no big deal, but a real mess last week sure changed my mind.

Whoa, slow down there. You really think a little spill is that big of a deal? I mean, I get it, if you're running a huge operation and it gets all over the floor it's annoying, but most messes clean up with a rag. People act like one drop of that stuff is the end of the world. I've had way worse stuff soak into concrete and it was fine after a hose down. Unless you're talking about a full tank dumping out, I'm not sure it warrants all the panic. Just seems like everyone's overcomplicating it for no reason.
