Rant: I was tossing half my rotisserie chicken bones until I started simmering them for stock
Turns out a $5 chicken from Costco gives me dinner plus 6 cups of stock I was just throwing in the trash. Anybody else doing this or am I late to the party?

Yeah the Costco birds are perfect for this since they're already seasoned. Just toss the carcass in a pot with some onion and carrot scraps and you'll never buy that boxed stuff again.
