PSA: blew $85 on a meal kit delivery and it taught me nothing I could not do with $20 at Aldi
Signed up for one of those meal kit services back in March because I kept ordering takeout after work and burning cash. Three meals a week was $85 and the portions were tiny, so I was still hungry and buying snacks on top of it. Did the math after two weeks and I was spending about $14 a plate for stuff I could make at Aldi for $4, and the recipes were just basic pasta and chicken. Has anyone actually stuck with a meal kit long term or did you all bail like I did?
