A friend said my bullet journal looked like a 'to-do list graveyard' last year
She pointed out that every weekly spread was just tasks I kept moving forward, with no space for anything else (like notes or fun stuff). I was so focused on being productive, I forgot to actually use it. So I started adding a small 'good things' box on each page, just to write one nice thing from the day. Has anyone else had to add something simple to make their journal feel less like a chore list?

Honestly, what was the first good thing you wrote down?

Adding a "good things" box is a solid move. I had the same problem and started putting a tiny doodle in the corner of each day, even if it's just a bad smiley face. It forces you to use the page for something that isn't a task.
