I finally gave up on my perfect monthly spread after 4 hours of drawing boxes

Tried to make a super detailed tracker with 12 tiny squares for each day and my ruler work was a mess (seriously, who can draw a straight line for that long?). Spent more time fixing wobbly lines than actually planning my month. Anyone have a simpler layout that doesn't need an art degree?

Just use a printed grid next time.

My last bullet journal had grids so crooked I gave up after three pages.

That "gave up after three pages" hits home because it's the same feeling I get when I try to assemble flat-pack furniture and the holes don't line up. It's like we expect precision from ourselves that the rest of the world doesn't bother with.
