My bullet journal saved me during a crazy Tuesday at work

I had three project deadlines, a team meeting, and a dentist appointment all on the same day. I was totally overwhelmed until I checked my weekly spread and saw I had color-coded everything. The bright green for the 2 PM meeting at the main office and the red for my 4 PM dentist visit made it all click. How do you guys handle days that are packed with different types of tasks?

Color-coding is a lifesaver, right? I had a day like that last week where my planner was just a wall of blue pen and it stressed me out. Do you use highlighters or different colored pens?
