That moment I finally got why our order management was a mess
Took me 14 months to realize we were double-entering orders in two different systems, and a temp warehouse guy in Phoenix pointed it out during his first week. Has anyone else found a stupid simple fix like that after way too long?

Ha, yeah, @claire443 totally nailed it. I used to roll my eyes at that kind of thing, thought it was just people complaining. Then my own team spent six months chasing a ghost in our inventory system. Turns out the 'fix' was literally turning off a checkbox that nobody remembered ever turning on. Your mileage may vary, but it really does happen.
