That one customer who timed my every move with a stopwatch
I was running a new drop in a basement in Toledo and the homeowner stood two feet behind me with a stopwatch, literally saying "you're at 14 minutes" every time I paused to breathe. Has anyone else had someone treat your install like a timed competition?
