An old repair guy in Sacramento asked me why I stock three of every flex cable, and I couldn't answer him
Last month a retired tech named Ray came by my bench in Sacramento and watched me dig through a drawer of spare ribbon cables for a point and shoot. He asked why I keep triples of every flex when half of them will never sell, and I realized I had no real reason besides fear of the one weird camera that comes in once. Do you all stock deep on common parts or just order as jobs come in?
