My 2-year-old tent now leaks after one windy night in Missoula

Pitched my dome tent in the Bitterroot last Saturday and the fly showed visible wear along the seams by morning, it used to be bone dry in downpours. The UV and constant flapping in that 40 mph gust probably stretched the coated nylon past its limit. Anyone else see their waterproofing go from perfect to useless after a single storm?
