One piece of feedback from my manager in Atlanta changed my resume game
She told me 'your resume reads like a job description, not a list of wins.' I had it full of duties, like 'managed social media accounts' and 'handled customer calls.' She made me rewrite every bullet to show a number or a result. Took me a weekend but now I got 3 callbacks in 2 weeks vs nothing for 2 months before. Anyone else get that kind of blunt critique and see a huge shift?

Thing is, you prob still needed the duties to get past the bots first.
