Dropped $340 on a biscuit joiner and my cabinet boxes still rack
Bought a Porter Cable biscuit joiner 4 months back for a run of 12 shop cabinet boxes, thinking it would speed up glue ups and keep everything square. Turns out biscuits don't fix a twist in the plywood and I still had to shim two boxes on the install in Fresno, so now the thing sits on the shelf next to my old dowel jig. What's your go to for keeping box carcasses square, pocket screws, domino, or just being picky about lumber?
