Vent: guy at the Louisville job laid pad over tack strip gaps last month and we ate 3 callbacks
Saw it during the punch walk, pad bunched at every seam and the homeowner pointed it out on day one. Any of you make new hires redo a whole room on their own dime, or is that too harsh?
